Happy New Year

2015, day one. Good day everyone! Well, another year is upon us. Was I happy for 2014 to be over? Not really, I am more excited about the new year starting and so thankful to be able to put my feet on the ground and be able to experience another day, week, month.....Let's see, New Years resolution hmmm I don't really have one. If you do have a resolution it's best to set goals. Don't set long term like "I am going to diet for a year", let's face it folks you are not going to diet for a year. So, start out small and go from there. Don't let failure of the resolution get you down, you gave it a try which is probably more than a lot of people do. Here's to a prosperous and healthy New Year for all.
