Stuff....
Good morning all....again I have stayed away too long, sorry about that. So let's see, what the heck has been going on.....hmmm well, been doing a littlew more biking this year but not near as much as I would like too. As season ticket holders for the Triple "A" affilliate of the Cicago Cubs we have been spending a ton of time at the ballpark, unlike the big Cubs the Iowa Cubs are in 1st place.
Took a trip to Onalaska, Wisconsin for the Brice Prairie Time Trails, a Wi Sport event that is a 40 kilometer roadbike race and I am here to tell ya these people just can flat out fly on these bikes. I also might add thate Onalaska, not too far from La Crosse, is a great place to vacation whether you are single or doing the family thing. There are plenty of bike trails, lots of places to fish, and not too far from a plethera of antiques. Ok, I have rambled on enough for today....till we meet again.

Good day all....I said I wouldn't stay away so long but as you can see that was a bold face lie....sorry! Here's hoping everyone has been doing great. I myself went on a cruise (no not on a Carnival ship) and had a fantabulous time. We went on Royal Caribbean to the Cayman Islands, Cozumel, and Jamaica. In Cozumel we took a submarine ride and took some pretty cool pictures, zip-lined in Jamaica, and spent most of the day drinking in the Cayman Islands. Actually the whole cruise involved partaking in adult libations. Okay enough about our cruise but there is something I would like to touch base on something concerning Carnival Cruise Line. I saw today that Carnival is offering a 4 day Caribbean cruise for $38.00 a night and pushing that it's cheaper than staying in a Motel 6, you think that's a good idea do you? Let me bring up some things that might change your mind.... first of all it's an inside stateroom, if you have ever stayed in an inside stateroom it is not the way to go, always dark no windows (portholes for the savvy)....2nd $38.00 is based on double occupancy so it's actually $76.00 a night. If you are single it will cost you $76.00 a night as well....lastly there are no cancellations allowed...Evidently, they need all the money they can get. So think twice on that one friends.....I highly recommend Celebrity Cruise Line.
All for now....have a good one!!
