Amazing Race 13

See ya! Aja & Ty were the next couple eliminated. They just couldn't get it together. Speed kills...Terence and Sarah were penalized because they were stopped for speeding. They incurred a 30 minute penalty and dropped from 3rd to 5th place for the finish. Not to worry....

Amzing Race 13

Another one bites the dust...Marisa and Brooke became the 4th team eliminated. Nick and Starr are my team to hate. I think my favorite teams are Toni & Dallas and Terence & Sarah, good luck!

Survivor Gabon

See ya....Kelly is the latest victim of Survivor Gabon. She is definately one of the weakest on the Fang team. Actually, they all pretty much s*@K. The sooner they merge the tribes the better off the members of the Fang tribe will be. Then watch how they are all picked off like flies.

Bailout???????????

Back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in Nevada for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it. They failed and it closed. Now we are trusting the economy of our country to a pack of nit-wits who couldn't make money running a whore house and selling booze? I don't know, you tell me?????

Ye Sure Can Cook

But you can't dance worth a lick. Too bad you couldn't have channeled your culinary talents to your body and cooked up a couple of moves to prolong the inevitable. My advice "stick to cooking".

Marcia, Marcia, Marcia.....

I grew up with the "Brady Bunch", I did not need to know the ins and outs (no pun intended) of the backstage shenanigans. And here I thought the only bad thing that involved Marcia was her getting hit in the face with the football....

Amazing Race 13

When all else fails, read the directions. These boneheads incurred a thirty minute penalty for not following directions, hence they ended up being 9th and were eliminated.

Liquid Assets

If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago, you will have $49.00 today. If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in AIG one year ago, you will have $33.00 today. If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Lehman Brothers one year ago, you will have $0.00 today. But, if you had purchased $1,000 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the aluminum cans for recycling refund, you will have received $214.00. Based on the above, the best current investment plan is to drink heavily & recycle. It is called the 401-Keg. A recent study found that the average American walks about 900 miles a year. Another study found that Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year. That means that, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon! Makes you proud to be an American!

Before joining the "soap" world she was a regular on Broadway. Farewell to an accomplished actress.

Survivor-Gabon

I am not quite sure why the "Fang" tribe got rid of Jacquie. Here is one of the strongest team members and she's gone bye bye. Kelly, Ken, and G.C. couldn't beat theirselves out of a wet paper bag. This teams defeat in the immunity challenge was pathetic. I don't believe anyone but Matty & Jacquie participated, hello what don't you understand about the word "team"?

Survivor: Gabon

Bubbye. There really wasn't any other choice right now for the Kota tribe. Paloma definately was the weakest and Sugar is just plain stupid putting all her trust in Ace. We will see what we will see....
Well. there is not too much to cheer about right now for the Cubs. Guys, batting .222 this year and .194 last year in NLDS games isn't going to cut it not to mention your defense. Wednesday I was making excuses for my beloved Cubs, "it's just first game jitters or maybe they jinxed themselves with the blessing of the dugout and equipment." Although I would never say having something blessed is a jinx but why are they doing things out of the ordinary? Now they have consulted a sleep specialist, what's next? Stop already!

Just go out there and play ball like you have all year, there is a job to do and a goal in mind.
