As The Storm Moves On

This is a photo I took after a line of storms went through during the season of the floods. I took this with my cell after work while entering the Interstate. Had Val been with me it would have never been taken because she would have freaked about be watching the road, blah blah blah. I am always asking her "where is your sense of adventure"? If nothing else during the floods, mother nature showed everyone what an artist she is.

Go Cubs Go...Go Cubs Go...Hey Chicago what d'ya say,Cubs are gonna win today! What a great game!! 9-6 over the Marlins and even the series 2-2. It was good to see the offense participate in the fun. What a great "team" win. Now let's take care of the Brewers.

It's True, I am just plain lazy.......

Yep, it's been a while since I have done this blog thing and the only reason is because I am just lazy. So, hello to all and hope everything is okay. I will certainly try to do better in blogging on a regular basic.

Sister Sue is holding her own, matter of fact had a three-way conversation with with her and my brother Mark. We were on the phone quite a while and I am glad we had the conversation about Thanksgiving because come to find out I asked for the wrong day off. For some reason I thought Turkey Day was the 3rd Thursday of the month. No wonder no one had asked for it off. Duhhhhhhhhh on my part. Anyway getting back to Sue, she sounded great and said she felt pretty good except for her hip bothering her (she had to return to the hospital because she was on a downhill ride of the rollercoaster and fell on her hip).
